I dunno if I could eat sushi at a ball park.  Nachos and popcorn seem to be about the only safe foods I see at most parks.  One experience with food poisoning is enough to make me very careful.

Hope you have a great Sunday -- stay cool out there!

Bad idea. We had a restaurant in town that allowed people to get uncooked meat from a salad bar kind of area and then put it on a plate with other things to have it stir fried.

It is no longer in business and I wonder if it is because of the inherently bad idea of having people hovering over, sneezing on and handling uncooked protein.

You see those all over. They keep the meat frozen untill they cook it right in front of you. How would this be worse than say, getting cooked meat at a smorgasbord?

bar type area ... sitting there for a long time. It was not frozen.

I would never eat in a smorgasbord either! Call me a wimp ...
