many if not most of my patients can't afford those $70,000 implantable defibrillators that earn hundreds of millions for Medtronics and other leading lights of the 'medical-industrial complex'. They can't afford the brutal co-pays for radiation therapy sessions for their prostate cancer.

Our county has a program to fund mammograms and colonoscopies for the uninsured and under-insured; it is routinely overwhelmed with applications.

FYI, Chris Collins: more of your potential voters are losing their employment-based health insurance every friggin' week. My hospital is on the verge of going under because the rise of high-deductible junk insurance means few of my patients are willing to be admitted unless they are near death. And your party is trying to destroy the ACA, apparently because it might interrupt this race to the bottom.
