In this important regard, at the time the US carried out it's massacre in Fallujah, the Internet was not so mature, it wasn't livestreamed, no youtube video posted the same day.

I wrote about Fallujah at the time, in 2010 I wrote Agent Orange in Iraq? here about the aftermath and the coverup.

It was the probably the most important massacre carried out by US forces since Vietnam. But it was part of the Iraq War and there was a world wide movement popular movement opposing what the US was going in Iraq and I made a very public protest of it at the time, but I don't see much popular opposition to what Assad is doing in Syria outside of the middle east.

It seems to me that this time when absolute proof of what is really happening is only a click away on the day that is happens [ not just the videos (which could be faked), but the great number of videos immediately (which can't be faked) and now livestream (which can't be faked) ] and because this is happening right now.

And finally because there are people like you who see this material and know that this is going on now and your first reaction is to bring up earlier massacres to blow this one off.

    •  I don't "blow it off" . . . (4+ / 0-)

I loath the vile and despicable "Western Powers" and those whose interests they serve who foment and fund this faux "revolution" . . . and are the real cause of this tragedy.  Do you post pictures and point fingers when the dead are a result of bombings in Damascus done by US supported "rebels"?  Where is your "outrage" at all the weapons flowing across the border from Turkey?  What would you have the Syrian Government do?  Let this "covert" invasion go unchallenged?  And just exactly who would that benefit?

      Fake Left, Drive Right . . . not my idea of a Democrat . . .
