I've often wondered about that myself, ever since the BCCI scandal. If that makes me a conspiracy theorist, all I can offer in my defense is that I wonder about it, and it really doesn't seem all that farfetched given what we know.

are frowned upon by Marcos Moulitsas. We are not to dwell upon them, even if they may well be true. We are tasked rather to accept the common wisdom, and to focus on making things better by electing more Democrats.

we must ignore conspiracy theories involving men in suits.  If the men in question have worn a turban or are from a country where they might wear a turban then we are free to accept any conspiracy theory we like about how or why they want to attack the US.
