      If Obama - or any Democrat, for that matter - touted Obama's accomplishments on LGBT issues as "Mission Accomplished" (for example) on human rights, maybe it would be appropriate at that point to address any and all remaining inequities.

      You're entitled to your own opinion, but I think the consensus is that it's ok to acknowledge success without engaging in a specific litany of work that still needs to be done in other areas.

          No one is restricting your right to so do.  Pee in the punchbowl - Obama isn't doing it all fast enough! - to your heart's content!

          But, you've obviously been around long enough to know that there is a consensus about those who engage in punchbowl piddling.
