  •  does he sound like he may be (9+ / 0-)

paranoid/schizophrenic?  These kinds of ideas sound WAY past doing him much good with his electorate.  So I'm thinking this guy has some serious emotional/mental problems.

    •  Back in the Clinton years, it was UN troops (4+ / 0-)

kicking down doors to take away the guns and gun-owners, and the paranoia on the "right" over 'unmarked black helicopters' and 'concentration camps' in the Panhandle.

NONE OF IT HAPPENED, as we all know - and Le Pew's latest emission is of a pice w/ that crazy from 20 years ago.

WHEN will we have had enough of willful liars and crazy people being put in charge to wreck things for their own profit?

WHEN will "conservatives" get weary of being punched in the amygdala 100 times a day?

      •  Yeah, but Mainers aren't nearly as stooopid (0+ / 0-)

        as your average Republican.

Just doesn't make political sense.  He's a loon.

Great phrase and that is just exactly it.  They are addicted to the fear-and-rage response.  I suppose it IS stimulation, of a kind.

    •  He's not schizophrenic. Just a sociopath. (2+ / 0-)

While sociopaths may also be deluded, their real problem is they lack any kind of human conscience. In short, they have lost their soul.
