    Sometimes, I really want the olive brine.  And the olives rather than lemon twist.

    My gin is the non-Sapphire edition of Bombay.  How different is Sapphire (which I've never had)?

    Oh, and even when dirty, my martinis don't have "excess" vermouth.  Not as minimal as your recipe -- I've also heard of extra-dry as "whisper the word vermouth over the glass" -- but only a little of it.  I buy many bottles of gin for every bottle of vermouth.
