    with an exercise ball. It's fun, and  it helps the abs, the back, and all the stabilizing muscles. At home I have my laptop up on a "shelf" made from an exercise step so I stand for most of my at-home computer time. Also look into desk-top adjustable tilt drafting tables that could raise your puter to standing height sometimes. I also heard on Chicagoland TV recently of car commuter isometric routines (sorry no link), which are also good for at the desk. I keep a 5 lb wt in my desk... again there are several dvd programs you could keep on your computer. 10 minutes two or three times a day can still make a difference. Good luck!
