    ...to force mentally ill people into treatment, let alone confine them.
    the diarist clearly has no experience with mental health issues and what is involved in getting someone into treatment. all one has to do is review any of these cases and hear the anguish of the family members who got no help from the system

      my confusion.

      DOJ Olmstead litigation has brought change & hope to some thus far & is continuing as more individuals file complaints:

      There has to be a system of help established & maintained to soften the anguish.  Currently, this seems to be the way-thru the DOJ-via Olmstead/ADA & any other fed mandate(s) being sidestepped by a state.

      My hope is that litigation continuously ramps up to obscene levels as more individuals realize that they can file a complaint & actually be heard.
