    plea bargin and I believe he is still there, so yes. He was also force fed during the times he was on hunger strikes, in particularly brutal fashion, as are all the hunger strikers in Guantanamo, but he is not, at this point as far as I know, on hunger strike. I believe the specific sleep deprivation has stopped, because it was used to put him in a state where he would tell them what they wanted to hear, so it is no longer necessary. It doesn't mean he told them the truth.
