there isn't even a pretense of caring about constituents here, not that it would be plausible anyway.

an optimist but I look to WI as a bell ringer a place where the great awakening started here in America. All ordinary working stiffs are faced with what you people there stood up to and said enough. People have the same problem across the country and somehow I believe we will prevail. More and more people see that they are not being represented regardless of which party they adhere to.We are polarized by design if you ask me but somehow I think people and community will find a way.

I stand in solidarity with the people of WI sounds kinda corny, but I think that ordinary people have the power to reach beyond our screwed up electoral system and come together and take it back. The Democratic party either steps up and represents people and democratic principles or it's useless. Political parties are a means to an end and if they abandon their constituents and will not fight for us they will wither and die. The better of two evils is still intolerable. Especially when no pol regardless of party is willing to stand and fight for the people and our common good.
