    (that I know of) is speaking out about this on the House/Senate floor, from either side of the aisle.

    The cops essentially kidnapped him for two days, using the police power of the state to silence someone they did not like.
    I'm not naive. I know how our government is in the grip of the corporations. But the way law enforcement is egregiously and pervasively violating the Constitutional rights of American citizens must be addressed, not by the president, (though that would certainly be welcomed) but by the Congress.

    Where's the Progressive Caucus? Where's the Constitutional Caucus? Where's Jerry Nadler (the Ranking Member) on this? It's happening right in his own city.

    It's like they're ignoring it, hoping it will go away on its own.

    WAKE UP CONGRESS!!

      Barbara Lee? Remember her, the only rep who voted against the Afghan War?

      Not a peep out of her ever that I am awaer of about the police violence that has been going on in Oakland, the majority of her district for as long as she has been its rep.
