    becomes a system wide problem. One racist prick at one location I can see happening, that's an isolated incident. But how on earth does it become a problem across the country? Did corporate training manuals and memos passed down to managers really say "Make black people wait longer for their tables and food" or something like that?

      it should not be surprising that it would crop up in lots of places, especially when that kind of thing is a tradition that goes back hundreds of years. Consider the proportion of red state voters whose blood pressure jumps 50 points when they hear Obama's name--you really think they have to be ordered to prefer white customers?
