of a 90 second statement sounds like the perfect answer to a question I asked at a scoping meeting.
My friend's brother does have a charter boat business (Jaimie's Whaling Adventures) off Vancouver Island and I'm going to contact him about the terminal.I want to know what ,if anything, does he know about it and does he want to get involved. He can do this right?
I'm just trying to add voices to this and I think his concerns would carry more weight than mine, it being a business (tourism) with employees that would be impacted as well when they were laid off (what a job to lose, kayaking, hiking, canoe trips, whale watching tours, etc.) if his business closes down. Which it would if there is a wreck with one of those mega coal ships, and in all that traffic it's more a matter of when than if.
Maybe if he's interested he can just add his two cents worth anyway,I guess the worst that can happen is that he'll be ignored.

Anyway thanks for making the scoping process feel a lot easier, you're good at it. I plan to be at the next scoping meeting, and hopefully I'll be able to get the young couple downstairs to come this time (at least one of them). We'll see.
