    ... they may not be able to sell to anyone else.

    In Brighton, the Archdiocese closed a kindergarten before the last day of school, necessitating a court order for the police to retrieve the childrens' belongings.

    The parents formed a group to buy the building for a preschool and community center, and their offer was turned down by the Archdiocese.  Who wanted to sell it to a condo developer.

    The Zoning board then zoned the property for "educational or community use" only.

    The Archdiocese ended up having to sell at a rather lower price.

    50 miles west, you think they would have learned....
