    has no idea of the limited capacity of the President to do anything, now with the Supremes going activist and Congress being obtructionist. Seachange from what was taught in Civics in High School.

    But I am older, and doubt that Civics is even taught in HS, so what do I know? Other that there is a disconnect between Beltway religion and most Americans. And many Americans can't see that abyss.
