    It makes the 10th D+4 rather than D+0, so Democrats would be favored to hold it.  Kucinich (pre-Washington state malarkey) could probably have won it as well.

    Either way, I think we would be favored to win the 10th so long as we didn't renominate Kucinich, at least in 2012.

      The 11th is now majority white by VAP (plurality by total pop).  It is of course impossible to make a purely Cuyahoga district be majority black by VAP, but when you take in western Cleveland it can at least be plurality black.
