    And when you go into low-level management, the very first thing you learn is that your continued climb is the company is dependent upon your ability to screw people out of their time off.
    At this point one arrives at a fork in the road of life. Many will take the selfish road, which means selling out those under their "leadership". Others (the few), will find a balance between self-interest and and the consideration of others. The road  chosen will define the chooser as sociopath (the former) or truly human (the latter).
