    you don't file this with your tax return..

    the form itself is rather simple to complete. The idea Romney wouldn't let Treasury have accurate annual reports on this form is really unthinkable to me, frankly.  For a person in his situation with the amount of international dealings he's got.. this would be the one form you would think he would accurately prepare each year.

    The real question is..

    Does Romney's return have the kitchen sink in there??

      the deadline is also in the middle of the summer.

      BTW, we need the tax returns of his trust too because while he apparently no longer has Switzerland declared on his personal income taxes for 2011 (his incomplete draft return for 2011 is available here, and I bet this is all we will get), I bet he still has foreign accounts in his trust.
