    Braise your belly in a mix of ginger, soy, garlic, mirin, and sugar. A dark beer isn't gonna hurt anybody either. Once it's cooked through, remove it from the liquid and give it a few minutes to drain. Then you can use a hot frying pan or the broiler to crisp it up.
