    especially if this problem applies disproportionately to the tracker (which might be hard to tell from 2012 results so far), whether Gallup doesn't do as many callbacks on the tracker sample as other pollsters typically do -- or some similar methodological quirk.

    Of course, I would start by rereading Mark B.'s super-smart article really closely, along with the reactions to it. Frankly, the reactions I read didn't have much substance, but then I got really busy and don't know what I missed. (Feel free to tell me. ;)

      as I understand it is that their interp of census data plus excluding household adults with no phone at all gives a systematic bias that undercounts minorities.
