    because their BoEs, which genuinely have two Democrats and two Republicans, they split, and then Husted becomes the deciding vote. The hypocritical ass decided against extending hours because he said it wouldn't be fair to do it in some counties and not others.


    He also said some counties might lack the resources, which Cuyahoga does not. And it's none of his business how counties allocate their resources.

    But no, two board members cannot just split from the other two and do whatever they feel like.

    Take the "Can't(or)" out of Congress. Support E. Wayne Powell in Va-07.
