  •  The speculation is right in the diary (14+ / 0-)
Senior has quite the story relayed by the guy who worked the finances at Bain Capital ... former managing director Robert C. Gay and current Huntsman business partner. How serendipitous!
No one has said anything about "intimate details of someone else's personal tax forms."  Rich people love to brag about how they've made and kept theier money.  Romney has repeatedly spoken about what a great club Bain was.  He mentioned it most recently in trying to defend that infamous picture with the bills hanging out of their suits.

Sooo, Romney brags about not paying taxes to his buddies at Bain, Gay thinks this is such a great story, he shares it with Huntsman Senior, and then Huntsman senior -- so repulsed by what his party has become and Romney as a human being, shares with Reid.

I know that explanation will disappoint you.

    •  yeah.. but Mitt left Bain 10 years ago. (0+ / 0-)

He might have bragged about ten years of no taxes back then, but that wouldn't be in the years everyone is asking him for now..

Nah.. still doesn't make a lot of sense..

But since we don't gossip about celebrity affairs here, I guess this kind of speculation is the best we can do?
