  •  Not too expensive at all. (0+ / 0-)

    Getting cheaper every day.

Solar PV was $4.50/watt peak 4 years ago, today is is $1.08/watt peak for the same panels.

Obama has yanked a big chunk of barricades away, and now there are many, many cost-effective renewable clean energy technologies flooding into the market.

    We must, and we can.

Plus: the alternative is infinitely expensive.

#3: ensure network neutrality; #2: ensure electoral integrity; #1: ensure ecosystemic sustainability.

    •  Read an article the other day about "rubberized" (0+ / 0-)

solar panels that you just lay on a roof.

No frame needed. No rigid structure other than the roof.

Again, the technology will evolve to where this stuff is cost effective.

After all, the first cars were touchy, slow, uncomfortable rich men's toys that broke down constantly.

      But they got better!

Freedom has two enemies: Those who want to control everyone around them...and those who feel no need to control themselves.
