  •  Nepotism is a fact of life in America. (5+ / 0-)

We can wring our hands over it, or we can be glad that one of the smartest (if not the wisest personally) presidents and one of the most competent secretary of states in my lifetime have personally trained Chrlsea Clinton.

Mitt Romney's foreign policy experience consists of a mission to France (which has some learning value) and offshoring jobs.

Chelsea Clinton had more experience in foreign diplomacy than Mitt Romney before she could legally drive.  She continued to explore the world with her parents together and her mom individually well into adulthood.

Dubya's father had extensive foreign policy experience, but George the Lesser lacked intellectual curiosity. So he entered the White House with no knowledge of how the world works and relied on the neocons his first term. By the time he tried to take over the reins in the second, it was too late.

And this is just ONE way that Ms Clinton can bring her background -- nay, a whole lifetime -- to truly help the American people.

She has a good brain, a good mind, and a good heart.

I'm glad she's on our side.

So if you get hit by a bus tonight, would you be satisfied with how you spent today, your last day on earth? Live like tomorrow is never guaranteed, because it's not. -- Me.
