    you people... that's how.

The Dem version: with all the GOP poll watchers keeping Dem voters under eagle eye scrutiny, we can be reasonably certain they didn't miss any. To the extent fewer Dem poll watchers were keeping tabs on GOP voters, we should predict that any fraud missed was by them. Which I think the diarist did a good job of pointing out.

Yes, I've been an Election Judge. If you can manage a 6 am to 8 pm day, it is interesting, a cool civic duty and another way to help keep America's elections fair. Check with your county to find out how they select volunteers and train.

If you have to take time off from work to do it, take Wednesday too. Between the 14 hour day and the election returns, you will be a rag doll the next day.

in the CT primaries.  Pays $10/hour, and a free breakfast and lunch.  Was utterly whacked when she got home after 9pm.  Was up and off at 5:15am to do it.

Real plastic here; none of that new synthetic stuff made from chicken feathers. By the morning of 9/12/2001 the people of NYC had won the War on Terror.
