If you close, or if you get that job (usually given to back cash drive thru now, but it was different in the day of the single window drive thru, then it went to someone on grill, or the fry person) after breakfast closes. But, there is no "hobart machine" it's done by hand, in a three sink system. One to wash, one to rinse, and one to sanitize. Then you drain them on the other side of the sink, and they are put on open racks to air dry. And the water is hot enough that your hands are red from the moment you wash the first one.

For breakfast you're washing the egg rounds (the ones they make egg mcmuffin eggs in), spatulas, the pancake dispenser (not any more they're frozen now, but used to be), biscuit trays, hash brown buckets, bins condiments were kept in, the staging cabinet trays (now, not then), the folded egg forms, etc.

Closing dishes you have spatulas, searing rounds (not anymore), staging cabinet trays, condiment containers, the mustard and ketchup dispensers, the dispensers for mayo, mac sauce, tartar sauce, other grill pieces, serving trays, soda machine parts, ice tea tank parts, coffee machine parts, fry hopper parts and pieces, fry baskets, teflon sheets for the grill, and periodically milk shake and sundae machine parts (depending on the model),
