  •  no, it's not just you. not long before you joined (0+ / 0-)

there was a diary written by a disgruntled dkos member who claimed dkos was losing traffic, blah, blah, blah, & it was markos' fault.

it was a suicide diary as it turned out.

so, now you're complaining about the same thing.  if you want more diaries about jobs & the economy, write them yourself.

    •  I am not a diary writer (0+ / 0-)

Nor are the VAST majority of the people that are members here.  But, thank you for thinking I would have the ability to actually do that.

Ignoring or disagreeing with what I've said here on this subject doesn't mean it's not correct or that a very large number of people that read this blogsite (many who do not actually post here) don't agree with me.

      Thanks for the response, though.

        •  Huh? (0+ / 0-)

Color me stoopid, but I didn't exactly understand what you're saying.

          Try it again.

dkos, just read the articles & comments.

that's correct.  and some of them are rw operatives who mine dkos for the same reason: information.  they use unflattering diaries & comments to show how evil & deranged libruls are & cite dkos as proof of it.

            •  Thanks for the clarification (0+ / 0-)

I'm sure you're right in many cases.

your posts here echo exactly some of those rw trolls who come here to stir up shit and complain that Kos should write more this or more that.  They comment but never offer their own opinions.  As I said, anyone with 976 comments knows very well how to write a diary if he wishes to do so.  Not sure what your game is, but your high dudgeon act is a little silly.

                Still enjoying my stimulus package.

                •  And yet (0+ / 0-)

Nothing will be written on JOBS and the ECONOMY by those that write diaries every day here for Daily Kos.  If someone wants a diary written on a subject that has been designated by both parties as priority #1, that person is questioned for saying that and the insinuation is that he/she is a troll or RW plant or something.

I don't feel comfortable writing a diary here.  The regulars that write diaries have a lot more availability to the ins and outs here on that and finding info I probably couldn't.

                  You, Kevvboy, are a "stirrer".

Reading some of your responses, you aren't exactly someone that should be taken seriously...and, from the lack of any recs from your posts to me, I think that's pretty much how others see you.

I would like to see some FP diaries that aren't just the same-ole/same-ole trash talking against Romney and Ryan.  We ALL here are on board with those facts.  It's "preaching to the choir", as another poster put it here.

                  Let's talk about issue #1.

              to continue . . .

a lot or rw sites mine dkos & are interested in taking the pulse of members on different topics, like politics & jobs & the economy so they can report their findings to hq where they are then floated in frank luntz's focus group toilet bowl.  after frank has worked his magic, it eventually ends up as the daily/weekly talking points.

and, you are far too modest in dismissing your writing abilities.  i think you've had more practice than you're willing to admit.
