    Maybe when people write regarding this they should use memo/minutes?

    In either case, I don't think too many will consider it as a "memo" to be debunked.

      the terminology has been akilter from the start.  The problem is made worse by the fact that in Britain they refer to this document as a 'minute' (singular).  Anyhow, I think we've got to insist on 'minutes' in order to head off the kind of cavilling we've seen even on DKos of the kind 'well who really knows whether we can trust...'
