If you are able to get to it, please see  "Romney's take-off" on Page 5 of Friday, August 17, 2012 issue of Financial Times (USA). A nearby library may have a copy of the paper version.

FT's Speed Read: "Bain partners including Mitt Romney bought Key Airlines for $5m in 1983 in a debt-financed deal. Some Key pilots tried to form a union in 1985 and a federal court ruled their management had unlawfully suppressed their efforts. Now running for the White House, Mr. Romney says that US workers have a right to join a union...."

An entire page devoted to the shameful business practices of Romney and his associates.  They "ultra-leveraged" a pump and dump of Nevada's Key Airlines Company. The "debt-financed" deal had the airline owners borrow the $5 million purchase price, so that the airline paid for Bain to acquire it.  A name also in the Bain cabal is Meg Whitman.
