    By your definition, there's no such thing as a "right," because all your rights are revokeable if you misuse or abuse them, even, in some cases, your right to a trial by a jury of your peers, or your right to an attorney. Sometimes they're revokeable even though you've done nothing wrong, such as when a judge revokes the free speech rights of jurors by telling them they can't speak to anyone about the case they are trying. Misuse your right to free speech and you can get sued or, in some cases, imprisoned. If you keep on abusing your rights, eventually your whole life can be "revoked." You haven't thought this spurious distinction through at all. Try defining a "right" as opposed to a "privilege," and get back to me.
