  •  Although I heard from family in (16+ / 0-)

East Strousburg, PA there are some PennDOT sites demanding the $13.50 while others are told to come back at the end of August.

I'm hoping the ACLU has a better chance on their Appeal to the State Supreme Court.  Heaven knows why the USDOJ and Holder are seeing the injustice.  Mean while the GOP is laughing all the way to the voting booth while flicking their middle finger a Holder.

Conservatives say if you don't give the rich more money, they will lose their incentive to invest. As for the poor, they tell us they've lost all incentive because we've given them too much money. -GC

    •  I know they're taking legal action in OH (7+ / 0-)

on the last three day voting issue and may, hopefully and should take action on the Sat hrs issue.

It seems at this point they may still not see court action as necessary to winning PA. I know they're good at what they do, but damn, that seems like about as big a roll of the dice as Mittens picking Ryan.

But even if they're right and we're just a bunch of bed wetting hand wringers, this isn't just about winning PA. We've got a chance here to take a swing back at these rat fuck bastards and let them know they will not be denying the vote to anyone in 2012.

All the people of PA deserve to have their votes counted at the very least if they can get an ID, but we're not going to let the GOP on top of that deny people getting the ID. Fuck. That. If PennDOT is not prepared to get people an ID, the don't enact the law until they are prepared. That is the only just solution.

Ds see human suffering and wonder what they can do to relieve it. Rs see human suffering and wonder how they can profit from it.

good on their appeal.  The PA supreme court is split politically, 3 to 3.  If they tie on their opinions, the lower judge's ruling stands.
