And one with a sense of humor, at that. But my question for you is, how do you seriously expect to move any of these bills at a time when the anti-bankruptcy bill has just made it possible for a cancer victim with a maxed out credit card to lose their family home?

Seriously, a good many Democrats sold us down the river on that bill, and as much as I can see you're trying to make up some of that lost ground with a step in the right direction, can we really expect anything to come of it when we have credit card companies allowed to charge people 30% interest, or raise interest arbitrarily after one or two late payments? When corporate thugs like MBidenNA can charge me $10 to write a check on my card, $7.50 to use make an ATM withdrawl on it, and boast 0% interest on transfers but put all my monthly payments towards the zero interest balance, while leaving the 19.9% balance untouched?

We're being screwed here, sir, and it's not so much the predators that are doing the screwing, but our own party itself.
