      The other two candidates are just as bad. There is no difference between any of them. The front runner was Brunner. US Chamber and Kochs wanted him. It was the prayer amendment that bought out the evangelicals and passed it by 82% and thus Akin and overcoming Brunner. Any replacement would just as bad. Claire knew his record and actually the campaign pointed out the Akin's record which convinced the truly radical right that Akin was their man. Brillant. Akin needs to stay in and take any medicine from the voter. The Republicans did this to themselves and they are the chickens to run away from their decisions. His withdrawal maybe as bad to the Republicans as his staying in. There are sections of this state that worship Sister Sarah. They are as anti-establishment as she. It is the establishment that would force him out. The Republicans have a real problem no way they go.
