  •  Brown's ads have been brilliant. (12+ / 0-)

They convey a warm person in touch with the community.  He's had three separate former Democratic officials make ads for him.  He comes across as a stellar individual.

It's been an amazing snow job.  If I were a minimum information voter, I'd buy it.    The only misstep he's made is the kings thingie and that's not on the radar of minimum information voters.

I've said for months that Warren should fire the people making her ads.    They just can't compete with Brown's.

We do not forgive. We do not forget. The whole world is watching.

    •  I thought... (8+ / 0-)

..Warren had a populist message that resonated.

In fact, I've seen a video of Warren articulating her message & it does resonate.

So what happened to Warren's message that resonates?

How does some phoney baloney asshole bragging about driving a truck who offers nothing that is he taken seriously in a New England state?

      I don't get it.

Brown stays away from substance and focuses on image, middle class good looking guy with photogenic family who all share his mainstream, normal American ideas. I think he's done a great marketing job..sadly.

I'm voting for Warren of course but I know lots of people who aren't and they aren't right wingers just low info voters. I don't even try to attack Brown with these people but i focus on what the Repubs will do if they get power and how Browns seat is a big deal for that reason and most of them realize that the rest of his party is not as moderate as Brown.

Scott is like "Coach" and Elizabeth is like "English Teach" and they may both be good, even smart, but only one can be seen as "cool."

i'd love Elizabeth to receive a restored 1960 IH Scout, and challenge Scott to a "driving event." once they both have to put on racing helmets, the "sexy" gets replaced with "skill" and all bets go Warren's way.

it's like "eventing" for equestrians: nothing comes close.

extremely charming in person. And he gets around. He'll pick a bar and go in for a beer and work the room--and I don't know anyone, even people that won't vote for him, that doesn't find him likeable in that setting.

the funniest thing has been to watch all the tv spots he has made with local quisling democrats, saying "I'm not really a Republican" Where are the counter ads pinning him to his record and the party platform?
