    to reward the supporters who keep them in office.

    Our legislators are like the unjust steward in the Bible, giving away our (their masters') assets to those who insure their continuance in office.

    If there's to be government BY the people, there's only one group whose powers are affected -- the people who perceive themselves as rulers, rather than public servants.  That's our rule makers, the scofflaw legislators who have learned to use the law to their own advantage and the advantage of their friends.

    Willard's forte = "catch 'n' cage". He's not into "catch and release."
