  •  Epic, even (7+ / 0-)

He even has the saucer craft from the freaking TV show in the background.  The guy is good, who else would remember a cranky UFO show from the 1970s?

    We are not worthy!

For the uninitiated, in the episode "The Vise" Roscoe Lee Browne's 'tell' is the fact his palm is the same color as the rest of his skin and not the lighter shade possessed by human people of color.

And if I remember correctly, a character in that episode made a positive reference to one of the riots following MLK's assassination, calling it a revolution, something I never expected to hear on primetime network TV during those years.

“HEY MITT: RELEASE THE RETURNS!!” POSTER: http://joestrike.deviantart.com/#/d59whnh -- Take it to a Rmoney rally, bring lots of friends & chant "RELEASE THE RETURNS! RELEASE THE RETURNS!" loud enough for him to hear – you’ll be glad you did!

        •  actually the riots were not a revolution and they (0+ / 0-)

destroyed neighborhoods and left them in ruins for decades. Even though I sympathized with the frustration and anger, I have to say that those riots hurt mainly people of color. Some blocks looked like they had been bombed during a war. I'm from the D.C. area and was home when they happened in D.C. and saw the destruction.
