    One important reason for Obama's strength in the swing states is that since the end of the primaries, Romney & his PACs can't buy candidate ads until he's officially nominated. I think the PACs can run "non-partisan" "issue" advertising, but those ads can't mention Obama or Romney by name. Obama hasn't had those constraints, so he's had an excellent opportunity to define Romney by his negatives.

    All that changes at the end of this week. A sh!tstorm of negative advertising is about to descend on Obama's head. And negative ads work, that's why so much money is needed to run for political office.

    Don't be complacent.
