    They do not.  They have millions and billions, can take off whenever they want, have health care, have vacations, have childcare, have house they do not work harder than the janitor who has none of these things.

      the CEO may work just as hard or harder than the rest of the employees -- in a start-up, the CEO is often wearing multiple hats: CEO, CIO, CTO, CFO...they probably at least hire someone outside for legal. But once you get beyond that stage and have the various positions filled with assorted VPs, then I agree that it's not likely that they work harder than the ordinary staff.
