    Which is why I wish people would stop flinging  the conspiracy theory poo. (Yes, I believe Ohio was stolen in 2004, but not the way people claim). We need to keep our eyes out for street-level tricks — preventing people from voting — not obsessing about voting machines. I am in Cuyahoga, by far and away the largest pool of Democratic votes in Ohio. We do not use touchscreens; we only used them in one election  (2006).

      on voting machine issues -- because the actual issues aren't trivial, and I don't want them to get totally buried in the CT. Jennifer Brunner did some great work on that front.

      I'm totally impressed with the improvements Cuyahoga County has made in elections in the last five or six years. Dunno if I made you sit through my rap on that before, and anyway, you probably could do it better than I do. ;)

      At least Ohio has a voter-verifiable paper record requirement. Better post-election audits are a work in progress.
