  •  That really doesn't matter under the fair use (6+ / 0-)

    guidelines.

Although I agree with your opinion of the diarists commentary.

And you don't have to subscribe to Rolling Stone for this article, it is on their website and it is powerful. But I love Matt Taibbi he has done some of the best reporting in the world about our financial industry and its collapse.

    •  All of the (5+ / 0-)

reporters at RS make the MSM look incompetent...
Tim Dickinson's articles are also exceptionally well researched...I started reading for the music, I stayed for the political and national affair coverage.

If you think it's a good idea to not have to call your insurance company immediately after being pulled from a flaming wreck to make sure the ER visit is covered-you might be FOR the PPACA

The fair use guidelines are the statute. What does not matter in what I said? Do you mean our site's guidelines?

      •  Yes, our site's guidelines. (1+ / 0-)

Limited copying within the bounds of the doctrine of "fair use" is permitted. A reasonable rule-of-thumb is that copying three paragraphs from a normal-length news article or editorial is acceptable. (This, however, is not a safe-harbor. If even three paragraphs seems like "too much," then copy less or nothing at all.)
