    The researchers don't say who. 'People often claim' is a very vague non-attributed claim. No one with half a clue believes an organic apple is more nutritious than a non-organic, so this entire report, and your comment are basically strawmen in the long tradition of professional disinformation.

      Given that a large number of people out there really DON'T have a clue, it's not an unreasonable question to ask.

      A lot of people don't know what an organic actually apple is, other than it's supposed to be "better for you", but don't know "better how?".
