    Here is Romney's campaign argument:

    a)  The government cannot help people, and cannot create jobs.

    b)  Obama promised to create jobs, but, because of (a), he failed to do so.


    c)  When I, Ripp Nomney, am elected to run the government, I will implement a secret, magic plan to create jobs.

    None of the above statements, nor any part of them, are true, but I have $100 million to spend saying them anyway.
