  •  Just like with PA and Florida (4+ / 0-)

Republicans don't plan on "winning" Ohio, they plan on stealing it.

If you don't believe me, ask that asshole Ohio Sec of State.

If Ohio is polling close, expect Rmoney to take Ohio.  I remember 2004 well enough.  Something went on and the Republicans had something to do with it.  Put me in a tin foil hat if you  must.

    •  I fucking loathe Husted, but trust me, (3+ / 0-)

his partisan efforts will not succeed. Only thing it will accomplish is him getting kicked out of office in '14. He has to share a ticket with Kasich, after all. He's fucked.

      •  Do you really think (0+ / 0-)

the 6th Circuit won't reverse the District Court's order?  And if they do, that the Supreme Court will agree to hear it before the election?  Husted already has Ohio in the bag for Romney.

I am inclined to believe SCOTUS would reverse the 6th if the 6th did indeed reverse the district court, but, even if they did not, the absence of 3 days of early votng does not gaurantee Romney anything. The vast majority of those voters would just vote another time, either even earlier in person or on voting day. Everyone who took advantage of that weekend in '08 did so to avoid a line, not b/c it was the only time they could do so. I want those 3 days to remain as much as ANYONE, but they would make almost no difference if they're not there. Obama's Ohio margin in '08 was 263,000 votes. He has led every Ohio poll save for right-wing garbage polls. Obama hasn't even begun to hang Kasich and SB5 around Romney's neck yet. Here in Ohio we can start voting the FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER. Romney's late advertising strategy is retared, and will not work no matter how many zillions they spend.
