    yes, let's have a full audit of the Chicago school system and let's see just how the money is spent. I've got a feeling $Millions per year are spent on administrators and other bureaucrats which have little to nothing to do with day to day teaching.

    and who says every school needs a principal? instead of sharing a nurse or social worker between three schools, have one principal for three schools.
