  •  Impeachable is unequal to criminal (none)
The House can impeach for whatever it pleases, such action is self defining.  Hypothetically the House could impeach W for being ugly.  And the Senate could convict and remove him for it.

To be nit picky, since you can't try and convict for the act for which a president is impeached and convicted, impeachable is per se not criminal.

    •  Criminal trial and conviction on impeachment (none)

This part is not true, I'm pretty sure. Judges have been impeached for actual criminal conduct, often after criminal trial, so there is no double jeopardy protection there, and there are no different rules for Presidential impeachment (well, except who presides at trial).

      •  You're right (none)
Whoopsie, I got Article I, Sec. 3, Cl. 7 backasswards:

*Clause 7: Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law. *

I'm soooo glad I'm just a real estate and bidness lawyer.
