      if a bank can only charge 3% on mortgages, they sure as hell aren't going to pay you more than 10% of that on your savings (which are a liability to a bank).

      This is why 5 years ago my 12 month cd's were paying 5% and now they are paying .3%

      95% of all life forms that once existed on earth are now extinct. It is only a matter of time until the Republicans follow suit.
