  •  Our Embassy in Cairo was under attack. (13+ / 0-)

    Largely by Romney.

What a coward.  He hides behind the First Amendment.   I challenge you all to go to the comments being raised on the "Innocence of Muslims" YouTube page and tell me you can keep your gorge down.

Hate speech is not free speech.   The Founders did not expect that every moron with a quill would get the ear of half of humanity.   There have been 2 Million views of that video and the comments are extremely depressing.

      •  Romney seems to say that hate is an American value (7+ / 0-)
By Wednesday morning, the Republican nominee was at a podium in Jacksonville, Fla., saying that statement "appeared to be an apology for American principles."
The Cairo embassy statement was a repudiation of a hate-filled Islamophobic hit piece.  If that repudiation is an apology for "American principles" it seems very much like he's saying that the hate-speech is in line with American principles.

Yes, Mr Mitt, which American value was it the embassy folk should have espoused?  Religious intolerance, hate speech, insensitivity, or just plain Islamaphobia? Please tell us Mr Way Holier than Thou Guy.

wrong--- stupid erroneous horrible craven selfish and wrong.

The thinking behind this......well, was there any?

This guy is trigger happy. The president nailed it when said Mitt shoots first! That would be a good thing to stick Mitt with. Because everyone knows what a horribly dangerous leader he would make, our own Kim, NK Dictator, whatever.

......................nil. That's why they are most properly referred to as reactionaries. They react without thinking because thinking and those who habitually engage in it are by definition the enemy.
