    creating separate groups of similar employees (those in a union and those not) and treating them differently.

    The judge upheld the constitutionality on other complaints, but as best I could tell ruled the entire Act Null and Void, not just the specific sections.

    I'm not a lawyer.  I'm sure there are better analyses posted already.
