    They lost 55 to street violence in one month but nobody is claiming lack of government.

    Libya definite has its problems. They just overthrew 4 decades of tyranny in a violent revolution that required the wide-spreading arming of the people.

    Now take Benghazi, which has seen the most violence. There as the attack of election day, 7 July. No one died then if my memory serves. Now we have this tragic attack.

    So 2 months with no violence. That's not the picture you want to paint is it?

      Chicago to Libya?  Is that part of your conspiracy theory that Assad somehow controls Obama?

      Actually, based on 14 years residence in the gray city, I'd say that it was a fair comparison. Certainly, Chicago has a sort of government downtown, but it puts its efforts into defending the wealthier white areas and leaves other enclaves to organize street gangs and to fend for themselves. There is a reason that the University of Chicago pays for its own police force, and has for 50 years.
